1:1 Training

Single Session:

  • To go over fine tuning specific movement(s) or a certain lift, areas of opportunity, addressing injuries and pain, overcoming plateus, new ideas, etc.

  • 1.5- 2 hour session

  • $90 + tax

8 Session PT Starter Package

  • To see if we are a good fit

24 Session Foundations Package

  • To learn the basics

  • Consultation included

  • $1680 + tax ($70/session)

Hybrid (in person and online)

  • 1 training session per week
